"The Belle", as it tends to be known, is built in chalet style with lots of wood in evidence.

The Belle at nightThe hotel is on four floors - the ground floor with boot room and bedrooms; the first floor with bar, restaurant, kitchen and lounge; the two upper floors with bedrooms. The hotel is always immaculately clean and tidy and a massive boiler ensures more than adequate heating and lots of hot water.
The hotel is family run, and aims to offer a "home-from-home" atmosphere. Lisa, owner and chef at the Belle Etoile for many years now, and Louise, hotel manager, look forward to seeing you.

Accommodation
The hotel can accommodate a maximum of 55 in a single group. Most rooms have full en-suite facilities. Standard rooms have showers and basins and are normally 2 bedded, although some of the larger rooms can accommodate 3 or 4 if required.

If you have a group which exceeds 40 full paying members we are happy to offer exclusive occupancy of the hotel. This is subject to existing bookings but can be confirmed to you at the provisional booking stage.

Restaurant
Breakfast is continental buffet style, served between 8 and 9 each morning.

Being able to ski directly to and from the hotel has particular advantages at lunch time. You can either come back to the hotel to eat your lunch and perhaps have a quick nap, or take a packed lunch with you. Light lunches and snacks are available from the hotel between 12 and 1pm.

The evening meal is three courses, with coffee and a cheese board. Although we do not offer a choice of menu there is always an alternative available on request. These will be fairly simple alternatives such as omelettes or the day's 'menu skier' and this approach has proven very successful in the past.

If you are a vegetarian, or suffer from any food allergies, you should indicate this when you book. We try to provide a more than normally imaginative vegetarian menu and dishes are mostly home prepared from fresh produce.
